Organization & Project Management
When I work on projects, I make sure to document my thought processes and record roadmaps, ideas, strategy, marketing checklists, etc. I brainstorm ideas on paper or a whiteboard and then organize everything into templates digitally and make sure to write my hypotheses and ways to test and optimize what I do. My favorite tool for project management has been Trello. I am also comfortable using Asana, Airtable, and Monday.com and have recently been favoring Notion.
